Ari grew up in Silver Spring, then took his life a whole new direction by moving to LA and deciding to dedicate himself to stand-up. Between travel, comedy and drugs, he's had amazing experiences, lots of which he now shares on stage -- and on his Comedy Central storytelling series "This is Not Happening."

Hanging out in the Improv lounge, we talk about what it was like being poor, his early years at The Comedy Store and what it's like producing TINH.
